Construction at St. Ives Hometown Living is galloping forward! While it often feels like hitting that 80% completion mark means you're only halfway to the finish line – a true testament to the universe's sense of humor, or perhaps just Murphy's Law – we're genuinely making incredible strides.

Our residential halls, Medlock and Myrtle, are gleaming. It's inspiring to walk through them, already envisioning the laughter and warmth that will fill these spaces in just a few months. We’re in the final stages, including the exciting installation of closet doors. Soon, we’ll be installing all the washers and dryers, making laundry days a breeze. Our beautiful light fixtures are going up, casting a warm glow on all the hard work, and the final cleanings are underway to make everything sparkle. It’s truly inspiring to walk through these spaces, already envisioning the laughter and warmth that will fill them in just a few months. I'm excited to set up my office within the community in the coming weeks. It will be fantastic to soak in the building's atmosphere, give tours, and begin taking priority reservations for future move-ins.
